After this exhibition I had also attended yet another art gallery at the local event space in. That was also an incredible experience for me. If there are more such events, please let me know.benilhalkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04371214901920234920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-52632143821891183562015-02-07T12:43:38.207-05:002015-02-07T12:43:38.207-05:00Thanks Laura! Thanks Laura!sara pedigohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10687920949421928766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-57588531357652098512015-01-26T15:22:28.796-05:002015-01-26T15:22:28.796-05:00Good for you! The larger pieces, more ephemeral, are like finally stepping out of the machine and interacting with your construct through the fish eye of your climate controlled (temporally so) space suit. Leaving the water in the back a more solid color really helps to emphasize the foreground water and the land in the background. The original looked a little too jumbled (though I probably wouldn't have noticed without the new one as a comparison :D ). The new version looks just wonderful!Brianna Marie Angelakishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05361268270104908274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-38585452732782792192011-06-22T15:13:39.517-04:002011-06-22T15:13:39.517-04:00you are brilliant. i love the dress!you are brilliant. i love the dress!Kelley Libbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14652410583506651271noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-15951853810959575892011-06-04T05:40:16.224-04:002011-06-04T05:40:16.224-04:00I hope to be a great gluer someday.I hope to be a great gluer someday.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-26493383547174809732011-05-20T15:25:37.863-04:002011-05-20T15:25:37.863-04:00painting madness!painting madness!Russell Maycumberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17530316180316880309noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-59778889950046702502011-05-14T04:56:50.798-04:002011-05-14T04:56:50.798-04:00I love the colour palette of the beach painting at...I love the colour palette of the beach painting at this point in progress. the cool pale blue with the auburn colour and shades of brown work really nicely together.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-886702782465628306.post-82438903779981524362010-12-28T08:48:25.884-05:002010-12-28T08:48:25.884-05:00pink and blue-Guston simple. This is Misty's neighbor Michelle. H...Hi Sara,

This is Misty's neighbor Michelle. How have you been? Misty told me about your blog and how you take pictures of your steps in your paintings. I love seeing how your paintings develope and evolve into the final piece. She said you were in town because you had some work in the 5th Ave gallery, I was out of town otherwise I would have stopped by, I really like the new pieces.

I am actually driving up to Jacksonville for Guard drill this weekend, Friday around noon. And I plan on stopping by St Augustine to take a photo break and take some pictures for fun. Do you recommend some spots or landmarks? I have gone to the lighthouse before, but I might go again since I have upgraded my camera; maybe even go to the fort. Also do you know of anything going on in St Augustine Friday? Like do they do a first Friday in downtown; or a gallery show, etc? Thanks for any info. I am going to eat at Present Moments Cafe, west on King St past US 1, I eat there every time I am in town, it's my favorite vegan/raw food restaurant. If you and Mark have no plans Friday night you two are more than welcome to join me or meet up for a drink? I'll even go to a wine tasting if you know of one? Then I'll drive to JAX after dinner.

Take care. -Michelle (wrightwallacephotography@hotmail.com)Wright-Wallace Photographyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01204242018901378881noreply@blogger.com
